It all began as Ballet as a kid, and I was immediately hooked on creative expression.  My curiosities for new means of storytelling quickly lead to a passion for acting. I graduated from Temple University with B.A. in Theater and continued to The Studio New York Conservatory for Actors. I went on to perform in NYC and regional stage productions, including, Jake’s Women, King Lear, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, An Ideal Husband, and Northanger Abbey. I began to teach movement, contact improvisation, and audition technique for actors and dancers seeking access to physical awareness, genuine impulse, and creative response. I’ve taught at The Studio New York Conservatory, Herbert Berghof Studio (NYC), Scranton University, and multiple workshops across the country. I’m also a writer and have created and performed solo works as a member/creator in a physical theater company, comedic skits, short films, and marketing campaigns.
